These 2–3+ hour hands-on classes are designed for guests who want to learn, taste, and take home what they make. Dishes are sampled during class, with the remainder packaged for you to enjoy later. All Cucina di Casa classes include:

1. Arte del Pane – The Art of Bread
A class focused entirely on easy-to-make Italian breads, such as ciabatta, focaccia, rustic loaves, and more. Bonus: Guests receive a bread-inspired Panta Rei Made soap, designed to echo the warm, comforting notes of freshly baked bread.
2. Dolci di Casa – Italian Sweets Cooking Class
A sweet-focused class centered on Italian desserts that are easy to make, versatile, and approachable.You’ll learn to prepare favorites such as Italian almond cookies, pastry cream, tarts, and more. Bonus: Guests receive a dessert-inspired Panta Rei Made soap, with soft, sweet notes reminiscent of Italian pastries.
3. Sapori di Casa – Everyday Italian Dishes
Designed for guests who want practical, everyday Italian cooking skills with a savory focus. Learn to prepare quick Italian sauces, simple and fast chicken or pork dishes, seasonal salad with house dressing, antipasto, and more. Bonus: Guests receive a savory-inspired Panta Rei Made soap, featuring notes inspired by tomato, herbs, or Italian pantry staples.
