What time is check in?

Canyon Villa welcomes our guests between 3:00-5:30 daily. Late arrivals welcome call for details.

What time is Check Out

Checkout is at 11:00 am

What time is breakfast served?

Breakfast is served in our main dining room amidst the red rocks from 8:00am - 9:30am

Do the guest rooms have refrigerators?

Yes. Each room is equipped with a mini fridge, perfect for leftovers, bottles of wine and snacks.

Is there a coffee maker in the room?

No, But there is a Keurig and an electric tea kettle for our guests to use 24/7

Do you allow children?

Canyon Villa prides itself on being a peaceful place to relax, therefor we allow teenagers 14 years and older.

Can I walk to the hiking trails?

Yes, we are walking distance to Bell Rock & Courthouse Butte trailheads as well as some lesser known trails right in our back yard.

What is your cancelation policy?

Our standard room rate cancelation policy is 30 days prior to arrival. We also offer an insured rate which offers a 72 hour window for cancelations.

Do you have a room with more than one bed?

For friends travelling together we offer a first floor room with two twin beds. This rooms is called Indian Paintbrush and can be reserved online.

Do you have an elevator?

No, Canyon Villa does not have an elevator, if you have mobility issues we highly suggest you reserve one of the first floor rooms.

Do you allow pets?

No, I'm sorry, as much as we love animals, Canyon Villa is not pet friendly.

Can I bring my service dog?

Yes, Service dogs that perform a specific task or service are permitted. The dog MUST be with the guest at all times and never left alone their room.

Staff was very attentive and personable. Location was easily accessible and scenery was breathtaking. Breakfast was above expectations and an experience within itself. Definitely recommend to anyone wanting a luxurious accommodation.

Probably the best Bed & Breakfast I have ever stayed at. Nicole and Chris were the most hospitable and wonderful hosts. Rooms were well equipped, views were stunning, the food was delicious and the location can not be beat. Thank you!

This was a great place to stay for our trip to Sedona. Our room was perfect, and had a door to our own private patio area which led around to a lovely pool which we utilized. Our breakfasts were tasty, we especially enjoyed the asparagus frittata. I appreciated that they had coffee, soft drinks, and snacks available for us to get at any time throughout our stay. The hosts were super friendly and helpful with all of our needs. The location is great. It was just about a 10 min drive into Sedona, so we were close but just far enough away we got to feel quiet peace at night. It’s also walking distance from tasty restaurants and several hiking trails! I would definitely stay here again if in the Sedona area!!

Had an amazing stay at the Canyon Villa. The views were breathtaking, the room was cozy and comfortable, and the hosts were thoughtful and attentive. Kris’s breakfasts were excellent and Nicole offered great ideas for things to do in the area. Both felt available without being overbearing - a perfect balance of thoughtfulness and respect for your privacy. I cant wait to stay here again!
