A deposit equal to one night’s stay is required for single-night reservations. For extended stays, a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due upon arrival.

We understand that plans change. Cancellations must be made within the following timeframes: 14 days prior to arrival (standard reservations) 30 days prior (extended stays or multiple rooms) 60 days prior (whole house reservations) Cancellations made outside of these windows will result in forfeiture of the deposit.

All refunds are issued less a 3.75% processing fee.

We strongly recommend it for protection against unexpected changes.

Standard check-in runs from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM.

Late arrivals are welcome with advance notice: 8:00–10:00 PM: $50 After 10:00 PM: $100 A mobile key option may be available to avoid fees.

Check-out is at 11:00 AM. Late check-out may be arranged in advance, subject to availability.

All guests must be 21 or older and present valid identification at check-in.

Most rooms accommodate up to two guests. The Delmara and Helm accommodate up to four guests. The Windward accommodates up to three guests.

We welcome guests aged 6 and older.

To preserve the comfort of each room, rollaway beds, cots, and air mattresses are not permitted.

Yes, daily housekeeping is included.

A two-night minimum applies to waterfront rooms on weekends and may extend to all rooms during holidays and peak periods.

Yes. Reservations of three or more rooms are subject to a 30-day cancellation policy and may require full prepayment. In some cases, whole hotel reservation may be required to help ensure a seamless experience for your group and other guests.

Access is reserved for registered guests unless other arrangements are approved in advance.

Fathoms does not permit smoking or vaping indoors or on Fathoms' decks. A minimum $500 cleaning fee applies to violations. Open flames are likewise not permitted anywhere on the property.

Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM in accordance with local ordinance.

Yes. An ADA-compliant room is available and should be reserved in advance.

Yes, we are happy to receive packages within 24 hours of your arrival. Packages should be addressed to Fathoms Hotel & Marina, HOTEL ENTRANCE, 433 Main Street, Port Washington, NY 11050, Attn: [Guest Name]. There are handling fees for packages over 10lbs.
