We had the rehearsal dinner and welcome party for our wedding weekend in Lenox at the Gateways Inn. First of all, their event coordinator Colleen was a joy to work with and went above and beyond to ensure all of the personal touches we sought for our event were incorporated and executed beautifully.
The food and drinks all evening were spectacular and befitting of a truly classy event, and the venue inside and out is nothing short of prime Lenox. It was such a perfect evening and highly personalized. We will be back for dinner sometime soon!

Not really a hotel more a guest house. The staff were friendly but the whole place completely understaffed. Strange dining hours and restaurant not open Sunday, Monday, Tuesday. or the bar. Strange during the high season in the Berkshires. I love the Berkshires but would not recommend this place and it was prohibitive expensive for the value we got.

What a lovely place to stay! My wife and I planned a long weekend in the Berkshires, to see James Taylor play at Tanglewood. Which, as it turns out, is just a little more than a mile down the road. Perfectly located! Every member of the staff was pleasant, and the room itself was quite comfortable. I will say that the shower is fairly small, so if you're on the larger side, it could be tricky. Other than that, loved it.

We stayed here with our toddler recently for our anniversary and it was such a nice trip! The breakfasts were delicious and we enjoyed being able to grab a little something at the restaurant while listening to the piano. The location is perfect for being able to walk around Lenox and enjoy the town.

We stumbled upon this Inn. We had our minds set on staying in Great Barrington but could not find what we wanted. So we shifted to Lenox and took a chance on Gateways.
The room was charming and spacious with lots of natural light. We were made to feel welcome and like it was our home from the moment we checked in with Michelle. Dolce took care of us during the day and Mark was there at night.
Dinner was delicious and breakfast was spectacular. We thought it would be a light breakfast of muffins and bagels. Instead it was a full noteworthy way to start the day.
We would love to come back!

A gem in the Berkshires. This quaint hotel is everything you would want in service and amenities. They're hotel manager Kate was warm and inviting, friendly and very knowledgeable. The wait staff and bartenders were wonderful. A great stay will look forward to returning.
Dinner last night. Live music was a great touch.
