Ruta & David were the quintessential hosts. They were welcoming, kind, went out of their way to make sure our stay was perfect, and were so helpful with suggestions on things to do on the Cape and in Boston. We stayed in the Nantucket room which was the perfect size for us, with a king bed, closet, and private bathroom. Everything was super clean and the bed/pillows were so comfortable. Breakfasts were severed between 8-10AM and they both did such a great job to make sure preferences and dietary needs were addressed and met. It was the perfect home base for the few days we were on the Cape! Definitely will be visiting them again!

Ruta and David were amazing hosts! The breakfasts were awesome, the hospitality was phenomenal, and the Inn itself was sooo clean, welcoming, and cozy. We stayed in the Nantucket room, which had plenty of space, was very clean, and very accessible right up the stairs. Ruta and David went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, as well as, gave us lots of suggestions for our time on the Cape and in Boston! We will definitely be visiting with them again!

We weren't sure what to expect but were more than pleasantly surprised with everything when my wife and I arrived. We were greeted by Ruta the owner who took us on a quick tour of the house. Ruta explained a little bit of the history and what was available to us during our stay. Once in our room we noticed fresh baked cookies, made by Ruta, which were delicious and hit the spot after a long drive. We stayed in Grey's Beach room which was very spacious, clean, and comfortable. Communication about our stay and breakfast were very helpful and sent out each day we stayed. The breakfast served was amazing and started the day off right. The common areas and backyard are quiet and peaceful for some relaxation after a day of activity. We loved our stay and are already planning a trip back.

Such a beautiful inn with incredible history! Gorgeous patio and property with lots of green space! Cozy common spaces with quintessential Cape style! Ruta and David have put their whole heart into this very special place to stay! Excellent location along 6A a short walk to the Lighthouse Keepers Pantry, Old Yarmouth Inn Restaurant and Tavern, and Parnassus Book Services.

We made our first visit to the Cape last weekend for a wedding. We decided to stay at Inn on Main due the the many positive reviews. This turned out to be an excellent choice, as everything about our stay was perfect. The location, the room, the common areas, the property, the amenities and the absolutely wonderful breakfasts. The hosts, Ruta and David, made sure that we enjoyed our time on the Cape with lovely conversations, recommendations, handy sundries as needed, beach towels, etc. David even insisted on placing beach chairs in our car "just in case," which we ended up gladly using at Corn Hill Beach. Can't say enough about this terrific couple and their wonderful inn. Thanks for an amazing stay!

We had such a wonderful stay at Inn on Main! The location was perfect for us, especially for day trips to Martha’s Vineyard and Nantucket. It was an easy drive into Hyannis to catch the ferry, while still feeling peaceful and tucked away. The innkeepers were incredibly thoughtful, helpful, and communicative. They were flexible when we were behind to check in and made sure we had everything we needed without ever being overbearing. They offered great recommendations for the area. The home itself is quiet and cozy. Our room was comfortable and everything was clean — fresh sheets, blankets, towels, and plenty of hot water in a really nice shower. There’s also a comfy downstairs area to relax, a 24/7 coffee bar, and a mini bar with drinks. They put out fresh cookies each day, and housekeeping was provided during our stay. Breakfast is served from 8–10 each morning, and they put together a creative and interesting menu. We loved getting a text the night before letting us know what would be served! The Inn on Main was a lovely, comfortable place to come back to each day, and we would absolutely stay here again.
