Awesome! Very historic and romantic place to stay. We enjoyed our 25th anniversary there and the staff made us feel like we were the only guests there, so attentive and welcoming. The food is amazing as well! Will definitely be going back!

Grreat stay. Lovely old B&B with cute bar. Restaurant closed on tuesday a bummer during foliage season, need to be open for those two weeks, and bar didn't open till 5:00, and there is nothing close by, so that is disappointing. Great 70’s light rock hits playing in the background, was awesome, so great stay overall, and would recommend this hotel.

We stayed two nights. The first room was a real disappointment. Do not book in the Samuel home. The restoration was not to the quality of the main house. Our first room had a moldy and musty smell from the carpet. The second room in the main house was smaller, but much nicer. The majority of the staff were very accommodating, although the assistant innkeeper did not agree to changing our room without the threat of us leaving early. This inn is owned by the same folks that own the Inn at Thornton Hill, although the quality and attention to detail is far subpar. Examples include, fire place did not work, hair in jacuzzi, coffee running out, and overall dismissive towards our concerns. A $500.00 a night stay should reflect the standards of a first class establishment.

We enjoyed a very relaxing time at a very nice old New England Inn. We love Vermont - there is so much to see and do, and this provided the perfect base for our exploring. The staff was excellent and included breakfast was very good.

This was truly an exceptional stay in all aspects. We have been visiting our daughter’s family quite frequently but this was our first visit to Rabbit Hill. We will be staying here each time we return in the future. Wonderful staff, our room was exceptional, and the breakfast and amenities were great. Can’t wait for our return!!

We had a lovely stay at Rabbit Hill Inn in Waterford, Vermont. We stayed in the Hampshire Room, which was beautiful, comfortable, and made our visit feel extra special. One of the little things we really enjoyed was relaxing at the Inn and working on a Stave wooden puzzle — such a fun and memorable touch to our stay! The innkeepers were incredibly friendly and welcoming and made us feel right at home. We also want to give a special mention to Kristan, who was our waiter for both dinner and breakfast. He was so pleasant, attentive, and genuinely friendly — an excellent waiter who added so much to our dining experience. Rabbit Hill Inn has that wonderful combination of beautiful surroundings, comfortable accommodations, great food, and truly welcoming people. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily return!
