Next time we visit Baltimore, we are definitely booking with Rachael's!
Not only did it feel like a little historical oasis, but it was only a few minutes walk to the Eutaw St. Camden Yards entrance and an even shorter walk to the Babe Ruth Museum. Uber pick ups and drop offs were a breeze at this location too. I was 7 months pregnant getting everywhere, and this location made visiting the city a breeze. After the game, we got food to-go from Pickles Pub and walked it back to the comfort our room.
Get Rachael's morning breakfast! You won't regret it. Samuel and Simea were so easygoing and accommodating. We felt very pampered and lucky we found such a gem tucked away right in the heart of everything for our honey/babymoon.

A wonderful hotel alternative to the lively Inner Harbor area of Baltimore. You'll find it's cheaper, more quiet, and has way more charm than a regular hotel. With their included (extra paid add-on) serviced breakfast in the mornings it definitely feels like the perfect bed and breakfast without all the fees or hassle that come with booking a B&B.
The check in process was smooth. They don't have on site staff attending the check in but do give clear instructions on how to enter the inn and find your room.
The stay itself was wonderful! While I didn't stay in the hotel much during my weekend events, the time I did spend was just like visiting a home with everything you would need in a regular hotel room. To me, it have "grandma's house" vibes but in the best possible way. The pictures are just like the rooms so there's no surprises.
Would definitely recommend the Rachael's Dowry Inner Harbor Boutique Inn! If you're on the fence about this place over a traditional hotel, definitely opt for this inn!!

We had a great stay at Rachael's (Odorian room) for the rugby game at the Bank. Great location, easy to get around Baltimore. The stay was great. Everything was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good, filling but not heavy. Samia was always available for any questions we had. If we travel to Baltimore again we will stay at Rachael's and I would recommend it to anyone.

2025: The rooms were wonderful, but the shower and bathtub took over 5 minutes to fill, and the water pressure was low, which is a drawback, hence the 4-star rating. The landlady was not only a nice person, but also very attentive. Baltimore is said to have a high crime rate, but this area seems safe. Furthermore, it's just a few minutes' walk to the Orioles' home stadium, and the Babe Ruth Birthplace Museum and other historical sites are also nearby, making it a worthwhile stay. I will definitely stay here again when I go to Baltimore.
2026: I stayed here again, following the previous year. The owner has changed from Linda, who was there last year, and the operation is now primarily remote. Linda was often at the inn, but now I felt it was harder to ask her for housekeeping or even simple questions.
While the operation itself is mostly fine, it's still not a professionally managed system. The inability to communicate via SMS without a North American phone number was a minor annoyance.
In reality, all the problems were resolved, but I lowered the service rating by one star because housekeeping did not change towels at all during my stay. Perhaps they would have done it if I had asked.
Also, the hot water system seems to have been improved (although the shower handle was very tricky), as hot water now comes out in two or three minutes.
