Saratoga Arms Hotel

This is a beautiful hotel with pristine rooms despite the fact that it's an old building. The staff is super friendly and the amenities are excellent. Loved it!

We've stayed at the Arms many times on our trips to Saratoga Springs. I wish every city had a hotel like this one! It has so much character, from the rooms to the dining room to the front porch (our favorite spot), you feel like you are in a different place and time when staying here. The staff is exceptional. In all of our stays we've only had 5 star staff encounters. They know how to make your stay effortless and they do their best to accommodate your every need. One really nice touch is that they have food/beverage station near reception so you can always get cold water (sparkling or still), soda and snacks on your way to your room. We will only stay at Saratoga Arms whenever we are in Saratoga Springs!

Our stay at Saratoga Arms was nothing short of phenomenal. The hotel, with its history and incredible renovation, manages to combine a “walking back in time” experience with every modern convenience. The staff was enthusiastic, helpful and truly professional. The breakfast was fantastic, with many delicious offerings and excellent service. We cannot wait for our next opportunity to stay at Saratoga Arms.

We had a wonderful stay at Saratoga Arms and would absolutely return! The hotel was luxurious, comfortable, and beautifully maintained, and the staff was incredibly accommodating. I had misunderstood the reservation time for breakfast and we unfortunately missed our scheduled seating. The owner was so kind and gracious and made sure we were still able to be seated and enjoy breakfast even though we arrived after the designated time. We truly appreciated her going out of her way to help us. The location is also perfect. It’s right on Broadway and within easy walking distance of so many great shops and restaurants. From the beautiful accommodations to the exceptional hospitality, we had a fantastic experience. Definitely a five-star stay, and we look forward to coming back!

This beautiful boutique hotel right downtown may have been the best place I've ever stayed in terms of guest services - communication was constant from the minute we made our reservation, received suggestions for dining and exploring (and offers to book if we wanted), an actual video explaining the (free!) parking options, and even a pre-check-in form for special requests (room temp? extra pillows? what size robes? more waters? extra towels?). So I was extremely pleased to find the amazing service continued at checkin and throughout our stay! The rooms themselves (standard King) were lovely, so comfortable, great beds/bedding. Every single member of staff was very pleasant and helpful, there's an indulgent 24/7 selections of goodies and snacks and waters, and be sure to include breakfast - it was so delicious each morning (we reserved the porch - beautiful!!). Evening cocktails on that porch were a bonus. Would 100% stay here again - I'd come just for the hotel experience alone! Highly recommend!!
