The Spouter Inn Bed and Breakfast is spectacular in every way. From the friendly greeting and initial tour to the comfortable, beautifully decorated common areas and bedroom, to the out of this world breakfasts (I had a unique menu each of my 4 mornings), I found it to be a gem. It is convenient to Camden and Belfast but far enough away to not be busy. Camden Hills State Park is 10 minutes away and has gorgeous vistas and no crowds! The beach and ferry across the street from the inn were a fun way to enjoy the bay and beach chairs/towels were provided; or you can sit on the front porch with a cup of tea and watch the world go by. Mark and Tracy offered great suggestions for things to do in the area. There's a reason why this B n B has so many 5 stars. If you are looking for the perfect place to stay and feel cared for, look no further. And don't pass up the lattes at breakfast! Thank you Mark and Tracy.

If I had known how perfect this BNB was I probably would’ve stayed here and not done anything else… the innkeepers Tracy and Mark are personable and attentive. The rooms and house are beautiful. I can’t even describe the breakfasts… So many unexpected amenities. Definitely one of my top vacation stays ever!!

We knew from the moment we got to the front door that it was going to be a fantastic stay! Mark opened the door and greeted us with a helping hand and a warm smile. Inside we were then greeted by Tracy who welcomed us, checked us in, gave us a tour and tons of information! I can't find a thing missing from this place. Mark & Tracy really put thought into everything you would need while being away from your own home. The location is wonderful & the view is gorgeous! The Spouter Inn has been decorated to make you feel warm and comfortable, they really did an amazing job and just put so much thought and detail down to every area & piece of decor. We had the top floor & the room was called "The Crows Nest" and all I'll say is wow! It is gorgeous and so comfy! Tracy mentioned to us that we wouldn't want to leave the room once we were up there and man did she nail it!!!! I loved everything in it and what they did with the space up there. It was the 1st time my husband nor I even cared about carrying our luggage up there but Mark was right there to help if needed. To think it couldn't get better, Tracy's cooking & baking is top notch! They prepared everything fresh from a yogurt bar (homemade granola), scones, muffins, cookies, pancakes, omelettes, bread, bacon, sausage and fresh cut fruit. They always had snacks, water, hot drinks & more in the kitchen/dining area for you. I highly recommend the Spouter Inn and will definitely be revisiting on our next trip to Maine. Thank you Mark & Tracy for everything, as I told you during our stay, You both really knocked it out of the park!!!!! Until next time! I even had to get some of their mugs to bring a little piece home with us! Thanks again!!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the beautiful Spouter Inn. Our hosts were so nice and welcoming. Our room, the Caprain’s Quarters, was gorgeous and comfortable. And the breakfast? Over the top delicious!

We spent 4 days in this comfortable and relaxing inn. The accommodations were exceptional. Perfect for just kicking back on the porch looking out to the bay or a good base to tour the local area. Breakfasts were beyond expectations and the Inn Keepers were warm, freindly and accommodating.
