Lovely B&B with a wonderful attention to detail. Irene (owner/innkeeper) was very helpful getting us a last second booking. The three course breakfast was fresh and delicious. We can’t wait to return for another stay!

I can't say enough about how much I enjoyed my stay. It was quiet, clean, peaceful, and serene. The bed was SO comfortable! Irene was such a welcoming hostess and very accommodating. I hope I can stay again someday. Edit 9/13/26: I’ve stayed here twice now, and not a thing would change about my first review. Ampersand continues to exceed all my expectations!

We stayed with Irene at the Ampersand Inn for four nights for our son's wedding. We rented out the whole Inn and had nineteen guests over three generations. What a wonderful experience! Irene is a gem and I don't know if I've ever met a more hospitable person. We had a fairly relaxed schedule with only one wedding event scheduled each day, giving us plenty of time to enjoy the Inn and the surrounding towns. Probably my favorite part was our group just hanging out in the living room after the day's event, sharing a night cap (or three) and soaking in the laughter. Then there's the breakfasts! Every one was fantastic. We loved our time here. It was perfect for a family gathering like this. Thank you sooo much Irene.
