⭐⭐⭐🌟
I really enjoyed the food here. The fried chicken was fresh, crispy, and full of flavor, with a deliciously seasoned coating and tender meat inside. The portions were generous, and everything looked freshly prepared and appetizing. The overall quality and taste were excellent, and I was genuinely satisfied with my meal. I would happily come back again and recommend this restaurant to anyone who enjoys flavorful, crispy chicken.

This is my go to place to stay when I am horseshowing in Middleburg. I come and stay about 3-4 times a year for last three years. It makes me feel at home and is such a great place to retreat to after the show. Everything from the rooms, to the service and staff, and the restaurant experience are five star all the way. I have now stayed in the main house and in the school house which I also loved. It’s a great location. I also love being greeted in the restaurant by familiar faces!!! Would recommend over and over!

We have a family celebration at the Ashby Inn Restaurant every August. The patio's ambience would make any food taste great but imagine the combination of ambience and the deliciousness of a mid day artfully prepared and tasty meal. Yesterday's repast was incredible beginning with avocado gazpacho. Taking care of us was Stephen. His exceptional service coupled with incredible wine knowledge has us liking him more (if that's possible) with each visit. Thank you Ashby Inn and Restaurant for another memorable family dining experience.

Food was well prepared and on par relative to price. I had an underwhelming service experience, perhaps an off night?
Edit: increasing star value due to responsiveness
