This B&B is absolutely beautiful, a true Victorian experience! The rooms are very clean and comfortable! A great location 1 block from the beach and 1 block to Washington St.

We had a wonderful time there. The staff was fantastic. The location is ideal - close to the beach, Washington Square shopping, restaurants, etc. It's a short ride to the lighthouse area and the Museum of Arts and Science which people shouldn't miss.
The breakfasts were ample and delicious. My only criticism is that there is no overnight parking adjacent to the property. In busy season, you may need to park several blocks away, although there are a few spots on hotel property where you can load and unload your belongings.
The staff was very helpful, and the appointment of the rooms and common areas live up to the name.

My husband and I stayed here for our mini-moon, and it was a 5 star experience. First, the staff were so nice and personable. The concierge was honest with us by telling us our room was having issues with the AC, and she offered us another room. We stayed with our originally reserved room and did end up having issues with the AC, but the handyman was on it so quickly and the issue was resolved. The room was clean and the shower had great water pressure.
We were also pleased with some of the extras, including the mini fridge stocked with soda and water. There was also a pantry that had more beverages and an ice machine to fill up your cooler. They provided bikes, beach chairs and beach towels. The breakfast was excellent.
The location was also perfect. Short walk to the beach, even shorter walk to the shops and restaurants.
I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to my friends and family

The Queen Victoria has maintained the high standards which have been in place for decades. While ownership is no longer in the hands of one married couple, the current full time manager, Jamie, a longtime employee has maintained the same superior quality of this Cape May B & B for years. All staff under Jamie’s supervision are friendly and helpful. A fine homemade breakfast is included on an inviting outdoor porch and garden area. The beach is a short walk down Ocean Ave. Beach chairs, towels, and bicycles are included. The Queen Victoria Cape May ambience cannot be beat.

Pretty boutique hotel near the center of town and the beach. Room was clean, if a little dated; we expecting a little higher quality for the $417 per night incl tax for a weeknight.
The breakfast was homemade, but nothing to write home about. Baked eggs with excess butter, links, some fruit, and drip coffee.
Staff was very friendly and welcoming.

4 stars. We really enjoyed our stay at The Queen Victoria. The location is fantastic, the breakfast and afternoon tea were excellent, and we loved having access to tea 24/7. Most of the staff were friendly and welcoming.
The only downside was an interaction with the emergency contact when we accidentally got locked out of our room. We didn't realize the doors locked automatically and needed assistance. Unfortunately, she hung up on us twice and was not particularly friendly when helping us. Aside from that experience, we had a wonderful stay and would happily return.
