This was an amazing experience from start to finish. Downtown Clayton has a wonderful mix of great shopping and restaurants, with plenty to enjoy for any visitor. But what truly made our trip unforgettable was the White Birch Inn.
The staff went out of their way to be incredibly kind, welcoming, and accommodating throughout our stay. The inn itself is one of the coziest and most charming places we’ve ever stayed. Every inch of the property feels thoughtfully designed, with incredible attention to detail.
No expense was spared in creating a rustic, mountain-inspired atmosphere while still making everything feel elegant and first-class. It strikes the perfect balance between cozy and luxurious.
We absolutely loved our stay and can’t recommend the White Birch Inn enough. It will definitely be our first choice the next time we visit Clayton.

We stayed 2 nights at the inn and will definitely book again next time we’re in the area. Every inch of the property is beautifully decorated and we found our room and bed clean and comfortable. The breakfast that was included was amazing, I wish we didn’t have an early start our first day because I would have liked to have it twice.
Adam was especially helpful, I asked him a few questions he didn’t know bc he’s newer but put in the effort to find answers quickly instead of pushing it off to someone else or waiting until someone more experienced came in.

We absolutely loved our stay! The wine and cheese happy hour was such a wonderful touch, and the turn-down service with chocolates made us feel truly pampered. 🍷🧀🍫
Breakfast was delicious, and the entire staff was so warm, welcoming, and friendly. They truly go above and beyond to make your stay special. We can’t wait to come back! ❤️

This is the most beautiful, romantic and super cozy inn to have a couples getaway. The staff are all exceptional! The location is superb! There are several cozy nooks to gather and rest at the inn. The daily breakfast is to die for! We made it back to the inn each day for their wine and cheese hour to decide where we would go in the evening. We met several couples who have stayed there before and we will be back one day for sure! Heather & Mark Carter

We had such a wonderful time!! Everyone was so nice, especially Mrs. Lettie! We stayed in the persimmon room and it was beautiful with a comfortable bed. I would love to come back!!
