Are you planning a trip to Moosehead Lake to see North American Moose and explore the North woods? If so, this package is perfect. Stay at the Lodge and spend 8 hours with our exclusive private Registered Maine guide. This trip leaves mid-day. Travel by vehicle with our guide to private and remote locations or include canoeing and/or hiking to areas frequented by our famous moose. It’s up to you.It is common to see white-tail deer, beavers at work building a dam, loons, otters, ducks, fox, snowshoe hares, gray squirrels, possibly a bald eagle and, of course, moose. The terrain, rivers, lakes, flora and natural grandeur will be as original as the Lodge itself. Enjoy dinner prepared over an open fire or camp stove.
